The key to keeping on plan and on track, for me, is to make and stick to a meal plan. Sure, it can take time, but in the long run it saves so much time.

There's nothing worse than coming home from work and having to work out what to have for dinner and how many calories or diet points you have left etc.


I have created a meal plan that is super tasty and easy to follow. It is always recommended to check that these meal plans fit in with your specific diet plan.

Some of the meals have a recipe, and some of the meals are simple enough to put together without one! There are some read made meals as well.

The overall ingredients come to £42.96, but there are always more savings to be had depending on what deals are on offer.

Dinner: Tikka Chicken, Jersey Royal Potatoes & broccoli (Syn Free)
