You will need:

100g Lotus Biscuits, crushed into crumbs
3tbsp Quark
50g White Chocolate
1 tsp Lotus spread
Dash vanilla essence

Mix the crushed biscuits and Quark together in a bowl, with a dash of vanilla essence.

Roll the mixture into small balls, I made 23 out of this mix.

Put balls in the fridge to set for 20 minutes.

Melt the white chocolate and add in 1 tsp of Lotus Biscoff spread.

Dip the truffles in the white chocolate, then lay out on a baking sheet.

Sprinkle the truffles with leftover biscuit crumbs, and place in the fridge again to set.
