The key to keeping on plan and on track, for me, is to make and stick to a meal plan. Sure, it can take time, but in the long run it saves so much time during the week.

There's nothing worse than coming home from work and having to work out what to have for dinner and how many calories or diet points you have left etc.

I have put together meal plans do Iceland and Tesco and Asda, and one of the most popular ones I put together was for Aldi.

Following it's success, I thought I would put together a new one! This one is pretty cheap, and works out around £2 per meal.

Breakfast: Mixed Fruit & Veg

Lunch: Baked Beans on 1 slice of wholemeal toast 

Dinner: Creamy Pesto Pasta topped with 40g extra light cheese

Tuesday


Breakfast: Baked Oats with fruit

Lunch: Leftover Creamy Pesto Pasta topped with 40g extra light cheese 

Dinner: Hunters Chicken, potatoes and salad 

Total Syns: Syn Free

Wednesday


Breakfast: Baked Beans on 1 slice of wholemeal toast with 40g light cheese 

Lunch: Cooked ham with mixed salad & cous cous 


Total Syns: Syn Free 

Healthy Extras: 1x A


Thursday


Breakfast: Bacon Sandwich

Lunch: Leftover Slow Cooker Greek Chicken with Salad and cous cous 

Dinner: Salmon Fishcakes, Salad and new potatoes

Total Syns: 3 per fishcake

Healthy Extras: None


Friday


Breakfast: Mixed fruit and yogurt 

Lunch: Mushroom Soup 5 syns


Total Syns: 5

Saturday


Breakfast: Bacon & Eggs

Lunch: Cheese Sandwich with salad 

Dinner: Cajun Chicken Breast, potatoes, salad and veg

Lunch: Chicken & Bacon Club Sandwich with salad
