Tesco Budget Friendly Meal Plan & Shopping List 3

I have created a meal plan that is super tasty and easy to follow. This meal plan is mainly calorie based, however this is for guidance only. It is always recommended to check that these meal plans fit in with your specific diet plan.

The ingredients for this meal plan came in at under £35! Which is less than £2 per meal!



This meal plan is not affiliated with any diet club.



Fruit and vegetables. Love them or hate them, we all know that they are an important part of a healthy diet. The older I've got, the more ways I find to incorporate veg into my diet. 

Thanks to Tesco's new seasonal fruit and vegetables Fresh 5 deal, eating healthily can be better value than ever.  Every 2 weeks, Tesco’s 5 best priced fruit and veg will be on display at the end of the isles, and on rotation every 2 weeks.

The deal is also really easy to find, located on the end of the main isle in store.

Lunch: Lunch: Leftover Casserole (Syn Free)  Healthy Extra 

Dinner: Ginger, Lime & Chilli Chicken, Jersey Royal Potatoes & broccoli (Syn Free)

Lunch: Chicken Noodles (Syns depend on noodles used. Check on app)
