Bacon & Cheese Sandwich Filling | Slimming World

I have recently fallen in love with the Weight Watchers wraps, which are allowed as a HEb. I have been experimenting with them and trying out new ideas, when I cam up with this sandwich filling. It's super yummy and goes perfectly in a wrap.

If you don't want to use both Healthy Extras on your lunch, you can omit the cheese from the recipe to save HEa. Alternatively you could put the filling on a jacket potato or salad to save your HEb.

You will need: 

1/2 onions, finely diced
1/2 yellow pepper, finely diced
3 bacon medallions, all visible fat removed
1 tbsp fat free fromage frais
70g grated cheddar
Pinch salt & pepper
1/2 tsp smoked paprika


Spray a frying pan with fry light and put on a medium heat. Fry off the bacon, onion and pepper until cooked through. Set aside to cool. 

Add the fat free fromage frais, cheese, salt, pepper and smoked paprika and mix well. Add a little more fromage frais if needed. 

Spread on your wrap, jacket potato or salad!
