Can I reduce the calories?
Yes absolutely. This recipe has melted white chocolate on the top, but you
could instead use some white chocolate spread, melted, or leave this out
entirely and replace it with white chocolate protein powder.
You can also swap porridge oats for Weetabix, and the protein yoghurt for
fat-free Greek yoghurt.
The protein in the protein pudding helps you feel fuller for longer!

Easy to prepare breakfast oat cups with fruit & yoghurt. Tasty, lower calorie breakfast recipe.
Super easy to prepare, and can be kept in the fridge for tasty grab and go breakfasts.
Another great thing about these cups is that they are so simple to prepare, and can be topped with any fruit or flavours of your choosing.
I used strawberries and blueberries, but any fruit would be delicious.
You can also play around with what favour yoghurt you fill them with, I used classic vanilla.

I found that the key to getting the cups out of the muffin tin is to wait for them to go completely cold before trying to get them out. That and also spraying the muffin tin with low-calorie cooking spray.

These flapjack bites are a delicious little mouthful of Biscoff, oats and
cinnamon. This recipe makes 12 small bites, and can be adjusted to have even
fewer calories by swapping the sugar for a granulated sweetener instead.

They are super simple to make, and very delicious. You could also bulk this
recipe out by adding in additional nuts, seeds or raisons.

An amazing 85 calorie Nutella brownie recipe that's perfect for calorie
counting or Slimming World. They're gooey, delicious, and can easily be
made to be vegan too.
It didn't have any flour in the mix, which meant the texture wasn't quite the
same as a proper brownie.
This new brownie recipe is made using oats, which makes it a proper brownie
texture.
They're just 85 calories per brownie, and are SO tasty!

These brownies are also SO easy to make, you literally add the ingredients to a food processor or blender, then bake in the oven. Traditional brownies can be quite an effort to make, and to get right!
I used Nutella in the middle of these, but you could use another spread, or
