Not to blow my own trumpet, but I have created some of the best overnight Weetabix cheesecake recipes.

I made a Weetabix based Biscoff Cheesecake, and thought to myself, why not make a proper cheesecake instead?

It is so easy to prepare and can be enjoyed as a breakfast with fruit, or as a dessert.

I am obsessed with Lotus Biscoff, why they don't pay me to promote them I will never know!

Have you ever had a Gu Cheesecake? 

They come in tiny ramekins and are over 320 calories each. If you were to put this Low-Calorie Protein Biscoff Cheesecake Recipe into one of the ramekins, it actually makes two cheesecakes. 

This means you can enjoy this recipe for as little as 155 calories! 

This recipe also contains 25g of protein, which helps you to feel fuller for longer.

Sweet Chilli Chicken Pasta Recipe | Healthy Lower Calorie Pasta Recipe

A tasty creamy pasta with a sweet chilli kick, with a sweet chilli chicken breast, served on top.

I am just so obsessed with pasta recipes. Pasta is just so versatile, easy to make and delicious.

This is my Sweet Chilli Chicken Pasta Recipe, which has a little spicy kick balanced with a sweet chilli creamy sauce for the pasta.

I like to cook the breast separately and slice it and lay on top, but you could also just cook it in with the rest of the pasta ingredients.

This is perfect for weeknight cooking, and a recipe I will be making again and again.

When I first made this, I was pretty much just using up ingredients that I had in the house and wanted to make something without having to go to the shop to get additional ingredients.

Why Pasta Water?


The most important thing I have to stress with this recipe, and any other cheese and pasta recipe, is the pasta water. 

This stuff is like liquid gold, and can thicken up any pasta sauce, and help create the smooth creamy sauce in this dish. 

When you've cooked your pasta, drain some of the water off and save it.

Cheesy Garlic Bread Swirls that are a perfect side dish, or to have on their own!

Do you love garlic bread? What about cheesy garlic bread? Me too! These little cheesy garlic bread swirls are a great replacement for garlic bread, but can even be enjoyed on their own.

It's so easy to make these, once you make them once you will be making them again and again!

They only require a few ingredients and are ready in under 15 minutes.

I like to make my own garlic butter with fresh ingredients, but you can recreate it with lazy garlic and dried parsley.

The best Overnight Weetabix Recipes for a filling, healthy, tasty breakfast!

 Have you heard over overnight Weetabix? I have collated my favourite flavours of overnight Weetabix for you to enjoy! 

I started making overnight Weetabix after being a fan of overnight oats and seeing the trend online. I created some of my own flavours, which thousands of my followers have tried and loved.

What is Overnight Weetabix?

Overnight Weetabix is similar to overnight oats, but instead of oats, I use a crumbled up Weetabix biscuit or two. You can either mix directly with yoghurt, or you can use it as a base to make a more cheesecake-like concoction.

You can combine it with yoghurt, flavours and fruit to make a tasty breakfast.

Blueberry Cheesecake Overnight Weetabix Recipe, a tasty, easy, filling breakfast recipe.

Are you on the overnight Weetabix bandwagon yet? It's a great new twist on overnight oats and makes a delicious, filling, tasty breakfast.

It's really simple to make the night before and leave in the fridge overnight, ready for when you need it in the morning.

I have created so many flavours of overnight oats now, and I am excited to share this new recipe with you.

Which yoghurt should I use?


I like to use protein yoghurts as they are filling and most are made using cream cheese, which helps get a more cheesecake-like consistency.

Aldi have a great range of low-fat protein yoghurts and puddings, as do Lidl. I also enjoy the Arla yoghurts or the Lindahls range.

Can I use a different yoghurt?


Yes! You could swap for fat-free vanilla Greek yoghurt, or even use Quark instead.

I think the protein yoghurts do work really well, but this recipe is totally adaptable.

What could I use instead of Weetabix?


This recipe also works really well with oats instead of Weetabix.
