Tiramisu is one of my favourite desserts, so what better way to enjoy it than to incorporate all of the flavours into this overnight oats dish.

Tiramisu Baked Oats Recipe | Low Calorie Slimming Friendly Breakfast

A delicious Tiramisu Baked Oats Recipe, perfect for a healthy breakfast

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons fat-free yoghurt
  • 60 g porridge oats
  • 1 low-fat squirty cream
  • Small squirt of light squirty cream
  • 1/2 cup strong coffee
  • 1/2 tsp coco powder

Instructions

  1. Pour the coffee over the porridge oats
  2. Add a couple of tablespoons of fat free yoghurt
  3. Mix well to create the oats
  4. Layer into a glass with the oats, some fat free yoghurt and more oats until you get to the top
  5. Add a small squirt of low-fat squirty cream, then sprinkle with coco powder.
  6. Add to the fridge and leave overnight, or at least a few hours.
  7. Optional: Add Chia seeds of fruit into the oat mix.
