A delicious diced pork recipe that's low in fat, calories and slimming friendly.

I have been working hard at eating my way through all the meat I have stored in my fridge.

It got to the point that I had so much in there, I literally didn't have any room to add anything else in. You know I love my batch prepping too, so I definitely needed to free up some space!

Amongst the many mystery meats was some diced pork. Now my automatic though is to make a stir fry or some kind of soy and honey based noodles.

I really wanted to try and create something other than what I would usually do, so got my thinking cap on.

One of my favourite, and probably most overused, seasonings is smoked paprika. I literally add it to anything and everything that I can! I have seen recipes for paprika pork before, and this recipe was born.

I made it in a creamy sauce, because, why the hell not?

This recipe is super simple and can be whipped up in just one pan. It goes perfectly with rice or pasta, and can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.

You can sprinkle and extra little bit of smoked paprika on top too, just because it looks cool!

If you need to restock your spice shelf, then Holland and Barret voucher codes can help you do so for less. The key to tasty, healthy cooking is in the flavour and getting herbs and spices at good prices can help you save money, time and calories!
