Prawn Masala Curry Recipe | Slimming

This is such a delicious King Prawn Curry that is as simple to make as it is tasty.

So while I am sat in lockdown in the UK, I guess there are a few positives that I can take from these times. While all shops have been emptied of most meat and veg, one thing that was left in my local shop was king prawns.

I would never usually buy raw prawns, but as there was literally nothing else available, I thought I would give a prawn curry a go!

Prawn Masala Curry Recipe | Slimming

I have lots of curry recipes on my site, but I wanted to keep this one as simple as possible with the very limited ingredients that are on offer.

I had to use frozen onions when I made this dish, because I couldn't get hold of any fresh onions!
