Syn Free Sausage Sandwich | Slimming World

I love a decent breakfast of a weekend.  Sausages are nutritiously high in fat and are normally between 4-6 syns per sausage! I made my own sausages out of extra lean, less than 5% fat pork mince.

I added seasoning and rolled the mixture into a thick Cumberland sausage shape and cooked in the griddle pan. Team that with 2 slices of wholemeal bread from your Healthy Extra B and my syn free ketchup and you're onto a winner!

Once you've made these, you can try using them in in my syn free sausage casserole!
