This is an Italian inspired monster burger! I used Slimming Worlds own burgers from Iceland, stacked with melted mozerella, tomatoes mushrooms and a creamy pesto. The pesto can be used again for pasta or even as a tasty dip- keep in the fridge for up to 3 days! If you would rather make your own burgers, click here for my syn free burger recipe. Fab with or without a wholemeal roll.
