Sausage & BBQ Bean Bake | Healthy Recipe

This is a really simple recipe that is perfect for throwing together on a weekday night! It is a mix of a rich BBQ sauce, mixed beans and low fat sausages.

There are loads of different options now for low fat sausages, so make sure you choose one that is both tasty and low fat.

The dish is also packed full of fibre with all the mixed beans. I served mine with a salad and some tasty crispy potatoes.

There is nothing better than the combination of BBQ sauce and cheese, and I have loads of BBQ sauce recipes on my website.
