National Curry Week: Best Slimming World Curries

The first National Curry Week took place in October 1998 and was founded by the late Peter Grove. His vision was to drive awareness and appreciation of the burgeoning Indian restaurant industry, whilst also raising funds for charity. The UK’s love of curry is stronger than ever, and National Curry Week continues to grow in importance every year.

In 2018 it starts in 22nd October. Here I have collated some of  my favourite curries, and not just Indian ones! This round up includes a Chinese curry, Thai curry, a Japanese curry and 2 traditional Indian feasts.

The good thing about Slimming World is that there are a lot of foods and meals that can be optimised to be low syn or even Syn free.

I love this traditional Chinese curry. It came out really well and I cooked mine in the slow cooker.

This is a traditional Indian feast with chicken curry, beef keema matar, rice, samosas and even onion bhajis! It only costs a few syns for the lot.
