Rainbow Skewers, White Choc & Skinny Booze Dip

This recipe was created in collaboration with Skinny Booze

I recently discovered Skinny Booze, who offer low calorie alternatives to loads of your favourite beverages, including cider, beer and even cocktails!

Low calorie alcohol also gives me loads more freedom with cooking, allowing me to integrate it into food without having to use as many syns.

I made this DELICIOUS Slow Cooker Creamy Cider Chicken using their Skinny Cider, and it was absolutely amazing! Get the recipe here
