Homemade Lamb Doner Kebab, with Lo-Dough

I am obsessed with watching Sunday Brunch every week. If you don't watch, how do you even know it's a Sunday? One of my favourite chefs was on there the other week, Tom Kerridge.

He's a super slimmer himself, shedding over 12 stone!

He was on there to show off one of his healthy recipes, and I noticed it was also low calorie so had to give it a go myself.

I was also recently sent an exciting new product to try, Lo-Dough bread.

Thinking of trying out this recipe? If you do, I would love to see a picture of your creation! @SugarPinkFood on Twitter, @sugarpinkfood_sw on instagram or Sugar Pink Food: Slimming World Recipes on Facebook!

Lo-Dough claims to be different because it's not a wrap and it's not a slice of bread. It’s a bread alternative with 50-70% less calories than most traditional bakery products, and it's also low calorie.

It can be used as a tortilla style flat bread, a soft sandwich thin, naan bread, pizza bases, and I know it would be perfect for his kebab!

They were delicious, and the best low calorie alternative I have found! Only 39 calories a slice means it is perfect for a healthy eating plan.  It's super light and fluffy and very versatile.

Did you know that I have a weight loss support group on Facebook!? It's a place to share meal ideas, meal plans, food pictures, success stories, and generally support each other on our weight loss journeys!
