Slimming World Recipe- Hash Browns

Hash browns are great to have as a side to a cook breakfasts, or even with a poached egg on top.  This is a quick and easy recipe to get a great tasting hash brown without any of the syns!

The key to this recipe is getting out as much moisture as you can from the potatoes once you grate them! They also go really well with my syn free sausages and syn free ketchup!

You will need-

800g Potatoes
6 Spring Onions
1 Egg, beaten
1 tsp Oregano
Salt and Pepper

Method-

Peel and coarsely grate the potatoes, squeeze out as much liquid as possible using a tea towel and place in a bowl.

Chop the spring onions, and beat the egg with the oregano and seasoning then mix.

Divide the hash browns into 8 and chill for 20 minutes,

Spray a frying pan with fry light and working in batches fry the hash browns for around 10 minutes each side until lightly browned and cooked through.
