If you love my BBQ Chicken Stack recipe, you're going to love this one! Take the basic principles of chicken, bacon, BBQ sauce and cheese and turn it into this lovely winter warmer, proper healthy comfort food! After all the Christmas indulgence this really is a winner!

You will need-
2 large chicken breasts
4 rashers of bacon- all visible fat removed
80g extra light cheddar cheese
5 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp mustard powder
500g passata
3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
2 cloves of garlic, crushed
3 tbsp sweetener
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
1 tsp smoked paprika
Pasta
1 medium red onion
1 red pepper
Mushrooms

low calorie spray
Method-
Preheat your oven to 180 degrees
In a small bowl mix passata, Worcestershire sauce, balsamic vinegar, mustard powder, garlic, smoked paprika, sweetener and seasoning. Mix well.
Chop the onion, pepper, mushroom into small chunks and cook in a frying pan until softened. Add the chicken and bacon then fry off until chicken is cooked through.
Par boil your pasta for around 10 minutes until softened, but not cooked through
Mix the pasta, BBQ sauce, chicken, bacon and vegetables together and then pour into the dish you're using to bake it in
Transfer to the oven and cook for 15 minutes. then remove and stir through
Sprinkle the cheese over the top and return to oven to cook until the cheese is melted and bubbling.
Serve with a salad to get extra speed food in!
