My Marry Me Halloumi is so hugely popular, and lots of people have been asking me what is best to serve it with.

So, I thought I would combine the Marry Me Halloumi recipe with the Marry Me Chicken recipe, and make an all on one meal with a potato topping.

Of course, this would also be delicious with a puff or flip pastry topping as well.

The result is a rich and delicious meal that's perfect for a special occasion, that can be served with any veggies on the side too.

The name "Marry Me Chicken" adds a touch of romantic whimsy to the dish due to its impressive flavours.

The original diah uses sun dried tomatoes which I switched for cherry tomatoes, as I find sun dried are very oily. You can always use them instead if you prefer.

The original also uses butter and oil, which I have cut out to save on some calories, without sacrificing any flavour.
