Leftover Turkey Ideas: Turkey Quesadillas

by - 10:32

I was recently sent an amazing turkey roast dinner by Donald Russell butchers, which meant I got to cook up a Christmas roast before the actual day, seeing as the review needed to be live in early December.

Leftover Turkey Ideas: Turkey Enchiladas

There were plenty of leftovers from the roast, which meant I could come up with some new, super tasty turkey leftovers recipes, and get the recipes live ready for those of you searching for ideas. Of course there is the traditional bubble and squeak, but I wanted to get something a that was different from tradition (I once had burgers for my main Christmas meal on Christmas day one year, I like to break traditions!)

Another good thing about Christmas is that there is normally plenty of cheese lying about, as well as cranberry sauce. I have tried to keep this recipe as low calorie as possible, as well as Slimming World friendly or Weight Watchers Friendly.

  7. I think quesadillas are a great way of using up any leftover cold meats and these would definitely be great for using up the Christmas turkey. I actually bought our turkey from Donald Russell last year and it was delicious! Thanks for sharing with #CookOnceEatTwice
