Opening of Exeter Cookery School's Quayside Home

Back in November I enjoyed an amazing cookery course with Exeter Cookery School at one of their pop up classes. Read about my whole day here

After lots of hard work and extensive renovations Exeter Cookery School is opening it's new permanent home in  Grade II Listed former warehouse on Exeter's historic Quayside.

I was kindly invited to a special, glamorous VIP opening evening to celebrate the opening with Jim and Lucy Fisher, the brains and founders of the school.

There were some delicious canapés on offer, this was goats cheese with a beetroot mouse.

It was a great turn out and lovely to see the finished product after months of following the updates on Twitter! The rustic building has been filled with top of the range appliances from Sapphire Spaces and Bosch and is surrounded in plenty of space for lots of potential students. The building really does look amazing and it's great to see that all the hard work has paid off!

I wish them all the best in their new home and look forward to taking another one of their amazing classes!

Check out their website for more info and the list of courses on offer!
