I love Coronation Chicken! This is a super tasty Slimming World Friendly version. The recipe makes up a batch that serves a few meals. I love it served on a jacket potato with loads of salad and veg. 

You could make this with less syns by swapping mayo with fat free fromage frais or quark.

Coronation Chicken Recipe

You will need- 

2 cooked chicken breasts, shredded (Check out my batch cook shredded chicken recipe!)
1 tablespoon of mango chutney
1 teaspoon of mild curry powder 
2 tablespoons of light mayonnaise 
2 tablespoons of fat free plain yoghurt 
juice and zest of half a lemon 
salt and black pepper 
Method-

In a large bowl, mix the chutney, curry powder, mayo and yogurt together. 

Add the shredded chicken and season to taste,

Serve with salads or on jacket potatoes!
