A simple idea that creates lovely little frozen bites that taste as creamy as ice cream, without all the syns. I used my favourite Muller Light yoghurt flavour (syn free) and used 1 pot to fill a silicone ice cube tray.
A great sweet treat to suck on that combats any cravings!
