Week 3 Weigh In

Another week has passed (it all goes so quickly!) and I have been very good this week with lot's of tasty treats and a Chinese Fakeaway thrown in too!  Here are some of the meals I have eaten this week

This week I lost an impressive 1.9kg (4.2lbs)! This is almost double last weeks loss and I am really chuffed!  I am only a few pounds off the stone mark in less than a month, so really hoping to hit that on next weigh in day!

Loss This Week- 1.9kg (4.2lbs)  

Total Loss So Far- 5.3 kg (11.7lbs)
