These cakes are so simple, yet completely delicious.   They take hardly any time to prepare, and all they need to do is set in the fridge.  You can add things to his recipe such as raisins, marshmallows or anything else you would like to add into it, let your imagination run wild!

You will need:-
300g digestive biscuits
200g milk chocolate
200g dark chocolate
200g of White chocolate (for decoration)
150g unsalted butter
200g golden syrup

Use a baking tray and line it with cling-film. This makes the cakes easy to remove.

Put the biscuits in a plastic bag or cover with a tea towel and bash them up. You can leave some bigger bits in as well, so you don't have to go too mad

Melt the Milk and Dark chocolate, butter and golden syrup in a bowl over a pan of boiling water, make sure the bottom of the bowl doesn't go into the water and keep stirring.

Once it has all melted, add the biscuits to the mix and stir until all biscuit is chocolate covered.

Transfer you biscuity chocolatey mix to your tin and press down on it firmly to flatten it out.

Put into the fridge and leave to set for 2 hours.

Once cakes have set melt the white chocolate and drizzle over the top, then enjoy!!
