Slimming World Friendly Recipe: Cheeseburger Stuffed Pasta Shells

This dish features in my post 'How to prepare 31 Slimming World Friendly Freezer Meals in one Batch' but also tastes great freshly prepared and eaten!

Healthy Extras- A

You will need- 

1 onion, finely diced
Dried Jumbo pasta shells
500g Extra lean beef mince
2 Carton passata
1 tbsp Mustard powder
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
salt and pepper
40g extra light cheddar per person
Gherkins, chopped
Low calorie cooking spray


In a pan sprayed with low calorie cooking spray, and the onions and mince. Brown the mine and fry the onion until soft.

In a bowl mix the passata, mustard powder, worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper.  Add half the mixture to the mince ad stir through.

Stuff each shell with the mince mix then top with rest of the passata, cheese and gherkins.

Bake for about 30 mins or until the pasta is cooked and the sauce is bubbling.
