This is a yummy, comforting and autumnal recipe that is super filling. It also tastes great the next day so is perfect to take any leftovers to work. I worked out that half of this recipe is your HE A, but always best to work out your own syn values

Serves 2 (with left overs!)
You will need:-
6 Slimming World syn free sausages
1 onion, finely chopped
2-3 tbsp fat free fromage frais
Pinch of nutmeg.
Cannelloni pasa tubes
Cherry tomatoes, chopped
As the sausages are frozen, I like to cook them for a 5 mins in the oven.
Chop the sausages and fry off with the onions, put to one side to cool.
To make the sauce, mix the fromage frais, nutmeg and quark and beat until smooth.
In a separate bowl lightly beat the eggs then add to the sauce. Grate 40g of extra light cheddar into the sauce and mix.
Add half the sauce to the sausages and stuff the cannelloni, place in an oven proof dish and top with the rest of the cheese sauce and sprinkle with tomatoes and cheese and bake for 10 mins until cheese is bubbling.
