Week 21 Weigh In

First things first, I did not have a good week.  I think this is the first time that I have fallen off the wagon properly, and in a strange way I am gad I did.  Ever since weighing this morning I have felt so much more focused and positive for the week ahead. A reminder why I started this diet in the first place. Here are some of the good meals that I have eaten this week:-





Loss This Week- +2kg (4lb)  

Total Loss So Far- 19.5kg (3.07 stone)
