Week 19 Weigh In

This week got off to a very good start, but the weekend wasn't quite as great!  Got some good news on Friday so had a few drinks to celebrate and I also did a review of a local restaurant.  Here are some of the meals I have eaten this week.

I was so chuffed to see that I was 0.5kg (1lb) down!  This is great considering a few treats snuck in at the weekend! 

Loss This Week- 0.5kg (1lb)  

Total Loss So Far- 19.9kg (3.13 stone)
