Week 14 Weigh In

I can't quite believe I have been on Slimming World for 14 weeks!  It hasn't felt like a diet for the most part and there have only been a few times that I have struggled, mainly when Nick is sat next to me eating sweets!  Last week I had my very first gain, and I was determined to get back on track.  My efforts had a bit of a set back towards the end of the week and needed wine after a traumatic day at the eye hospital having all sorts of tests, and I accidentally had a whole bottle!  On the plus side my lovely Nick has just repaired my smashed lap top screen so I can actually blog properly again- YAY!  Here are some of the meals I have eaten this week:-

I was thrilled to see that I had lost that 1kg (2lbs) that I had put on, despite the wine!  I am pleased to be back to what I was, and it is onwards and upwards from here!

Loss This Week- 1kg (2lbs)  

Total Loss So Far- 15.7kg (2.47 stone)
