Week 1 Weigh In!

So, I have successfully completed my first week of Slimming World! Here is a selection of the food I have eaten for the week.
Mustard Chicken
Breakfast
Brunch Bake
Big Mac in a bowl
Tex Mex Wraps
Sausage Sandwich
Sunday Funday!
I can now confirm that this week I have lost 2.4kg which is about 5.2lbs!  A great first week!  I hope it continues at this rate but I know it is likely to steady out now, as long as I keep losing I am happy!  To put this into perspective, this is what a pound of fat looks like...and I lost over 5 of them!
