Recipe

You will need:-

250g of extra lean minced beef (ensure it is extra lean otherwise it isn't free)
1 onion, diced
Pickled gherkins
Salad
4 tbsp of kraft light thousand island dressing (2 Syns)
35g of extra light cheese grated, per person

Method:-

Add the onions and mince to a frying pan with fry light until browned, add the gherkins and fry off for a few mins

Add the mince and mix it all together with the onions and gherkins until cooked

Layer your salad on a plate to create the bowl

Put the mince mixture on top and add the dressing evenly over the top!

Enjoy!  I know you will!

Notes-

Syn calculations are all carried out as a paying Slimming World member. I am not a consultant!  It is always recommended to check syn values yourself.
